Highland Baptist Church relates to God according to the revealed truth of His Word. Therefore, we relate to each other in love, helping each other to become all God intended us to be. We relate to the people of Westminster and the communities God calls us to serve; comforting and encouraging them to know the Lord God.

Accept people where they are and help them to grow to where God wants them to be.

Truth based on God’s Word – John 8:32 – “If you hold to my teaching you are really my disciples.  Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”

Salvation based on God’s Son – John 14:6 – “Jesus answered, ‘I am the way and the truth and the life.  No one comes to the Father except through me.’ ”

Relationship based on God’s Example – Ephesians 4:1-3 – “I urge you to live a life worthy of the calling you have received.  Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love.  Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace.”
